Refunds

1. The 7-day money-back promise

Ask within 7 days of paying and we will refund that payment in full. You do not need to give a reason.

Each payment has its own 7 days. This covers monthly plans, season passes and yearly plans.

2. After 7 days

We do not refund payments older than that, unless the service did not work the way we described it, or the law says we must.

3. How you get the money

We refund to the same method you paid with, wherever that is possible.

4. How to ask

Paid plans are Being updated, so there is nothing to refund yet. When they open, this page and your account page will show exactly how to request a refund, and we will tell you before you pay.

5. The Free plan

The Free plan costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund.
